In today’s post, we are sharing valuable blogging tips and money making secrets from the owner and author of the blog “Mostlyblogging.com”, Mrs.Janice Wald. Please read till the end of the post to gain more knowledge and valuable money making tips from a blog.

Reji:Could you please introduce yourself to my readers if in case a few of them are not familiar with you?

Janice Wald : Hi,

I’m Janice. I help bloggers, marketers, and entrepreneurs succeed online across channels. In other words, I offer tips about blogging, marketing, monetization, SEO, social media, business, and productivity so people can be more successful online.

Reji: How do you manage time for your blog, family and business? Is there a particular time table that you follow every week to keep the blog run smoothly?

Janice Wald:I work outside the home as a teacher. Every free moment is devoted to my blog. After 7:00 p.m is time for my husband, I can often be found cleaning out my Twitter box while we watch TV.

I also outsource. I have a wonderful VA.

Reji:Tell me about your proudest achievement so far after you started your blog?

Janice Wald : In 2017 my blog was nominated for the Most Information Blog at the Blogger’s Bash, I was a speaker at my first conference this past September, and I’ve published two ebooks. I’m proud of all of this.

Reji:How do you motivate yourself to keep the blog up and running?

Janice Wald :Stay regimented and love what you do!

Reji: Who has impacted you most in blogging and how?

Janice Wald:My husband. I could not have done any of this without his amazing support.

Reji: What was the most challenging moment in your blogging journey so far?

Janice Wald :Technical problems frustrate me but I have a wonderful tech helper.

Reji:Can you name some of your favourite bloggers and explain why they are your favourites? Janice Wald: I learn a lot from Neil Patel about SEO. I learn a lot from Ryan Biddulph about the spirit of blogging—community.

Reji:How do you motivate yourself to keep the blog upand running?

Janice Wald:Stay regimented and love what you do.

Reji:What do you find the most frustrating aspect of blogging?

Janice Wald:Technical problems.

Reji: What is the biggest difference in your life post-blogging?

Janice Wald: Less Sleep.

Reji: What do you think is the best service a blogger can provide to his readers?

Janice Wald:Help without thinking about yourself. I’ve helped people from airports as I was leaving for vacation with my family, for example.

Reji:Name some of the tools that you use frequently for creating good content for your blog and why?

Janice Wald:The longer I blog, the more tools I discover. I still use free tools and recommend them to my readers.

My friend Faizan, who I recommend you follow for valuable SEO tips, turned me on to SEO Quake and Keywords Everywhere. These are Chrome browser extensions. SEO Quake tells you your competitors and Keywords Everywhere gives you many choices for words with a large search volume and low competition. You could even use some in future posts!

Here are Faizan’s strategies for using both tools without leaving Google and boosting your SEO: https://www.mostlyblogging.com/keyword-research/

I’m also a huge fan of Ubersuggest.  Did you know Ubersuggest tells you the chances of you ranking on Google’s SERPs with a certain keyword? More information about Ubersuggest and instructions on how to use Ubersuggest can be found here: https://www.mostlyblogging.com/ubersuggest/

I mentioned I use SEO Quake to research my competition. I also use Spyfu. I recommend Spyfu so highly, I became an affiliate! Here are instructions for using Spyfu to beat your competition online. https://www.mostlyblogging.com/spyfu-review/ You can use Spyfu to see your competitors’ meta descriptions, advertisements, etc.

Reji:Could you explain about some of the products and services you offer to the readers of your blog?

Janice Wald:Yes! I offer 7 blog coaching services at the moment. I will start an Instagram service soon. I also have ebooks for sale on Amazon. One is about how to make money blogging and the other is about how to create a successful blog.

How to make money blogging: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07M9XBYYP?pf_rd_p=c2945051-950f-485c-b4df-15aac5223b10&pf_rd_r=HKEHM0HTC2HS1PRGPM2F

Instagram isn’t yet listed but if anyone wants to know how to generate an Instagram following, contact me!

Reji:A lot of people think that blogging is an easy way to make money online. Do you have some tips for those people who are interested in making money from the blog?

Janice Wald:Yes, vary your income stream! Do not put all your eggs in one basket. The more different types of income you have the better you’ll do.

I rent space in my sidebar, I sell sponsored posts, I sell two ebooks online, I am a blog coach for example.

Reji😀o you have any other online business ventures other than blogging? If you have any, could you please elaborate that that to my readers?

Janice Wald:They are blogging-related. As I said, I would like to add Instagram consulting to my services and possibly write another ebook about Instagram. Happily, I have a freelance writing business.

Reji:Could you please name some of the online communities that you are actively involved?

Janice Wald:Facebook groups, Twitter, BizSugar, LinkedIn groups, Viral Content Bee, Instagram

Reji:Could you share some tips for increasing traffic and creating multiple money making options from a blog rather than getting income from just one source like the advertisements?

Janice Wald :Funny you should ask! I have so many various income streams for bloggers to make money, just a few weeks ago I decided to share them by selling for pennies on the dollar on Amazon. I realize not everyone has the means to work with me one-on-one. Instead of hiring me to coach them, bloggers can just buy my resources for pennies on the dollar what it would cost to hire me as a monetization consultant.

My money-making resource collection is called “How to Make Money by Varying Your Income Stream.”

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07M9XBYYP?pf_rd_p=c2945051-950f-485c-b4df-15aac5223b10&pf_rd_r=7TMB3KWMC2Z796ENNTGYThis list has resources for making money through sponsored posts, affiliate advertising, links to brands working with bloggers, places that will pay you for already written content, and even how to make money through local SEO. I’ve done the research. What all bloggers wishing to monetize need to do is click the links! Easy! You can’t go wrong for $4.95. You’ll make more than that by using these resources. Some pay $100 per article.

Reji: Could you please recommend a list of five blogs that everyone should read on the internet if they want to increase knowledge about blogging?

Janice Wald: I think we all have great tips, LOL, but if you want me to name different bloggers, I’d consider various areas of blogging.

For example, when it comes to blogging tips, I’d like to think I’m on top of my game. For example, my recent post taught bloggers how to get 2,723 page views in just one day (https://www.mostlyblogging.com/blogger-tips-and-tricks/).

When it comes to social media, I’d recommend Lisa Sicard. She was just given an honor. A blogger recommended Lisa as a social media influencer to follow in 2019.

When it comes to SEO, I’ve learned a great deal from Neil Patel and Faizan Ali.

When it comes to networking, I’d recommend Ryan Biddulph (bloggingfromparadise.com).

Reji: I recently noticed that you are very active Instagram. Do you suggest some tips and tricks for increasing followers on Instagram to my readers?

Janice Wald: Engagement and consistent posting.

Reji: I noticed that you are very active in social media. Could you please let us have a list of all your social media profiles so that anyone interested in your blogging related activities will contact you?
